Vanilla Chai Latte

If you are tying to quite coffee, this recipe is for you! I created this vanilla-cinnamon chai latte when I was craving something warm, creamy and cinnamon-ny;)

usually I reach out for a cappuccino ( with almond milk ofcours) but I really want to stay way from a coffee.

Anyways, this latte is so yummy! It is diary – free and sugar- free .

Its a perfect morning beverage , it will replace your usual latte from a coffee places ( full of sugar, additives and commercial milk)


Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of almond milk ( or rice, soy, hemp- milks. It’s your choice)
  • 1 cup of freshly brewed chai tea
  • 1 Table spoon raw honey ( or more, if you like it very sweet)
  • 1 tea spoon cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon organic ground vanilla


Put everything in a blender and mix. Enjoy!

If you prefer iced-chai latte, then I suggest to add an ice into a blender together with other ingredients.

    I love that you even make your own almond milk :-) My nut milk bag gets lots of use – brazil nut milk tastes great too! This latte will be perfect to enjoy instead of coffee at work. I really need to ditch the caffeine!

    oh, i LOVE brasil nut milk! im trying to sray way from a coffee as well, i only drink an espresso when im shooting all day:) or, when i know that coffee that im drinking is 100% organic. have a lovely day, xoxo

    I only coffee once,Turkish style,in Croatia.Coffee is so strong and addictive to our systems,our whole bodies,and when you become dependent on something that strong it’s so unhealthy.I honestly do not see how people can drink coffee! Even chai tea,when I had it,was too strong for me,not to mention white tea and green tea! Roobios,licorice,honey bush,Chinese liver and kidney balancing tea are the ones I love and my body can tolerate.I love to add a little bit of local raw honey in licorice tea mmm.
