I love this TED talks ( I am obsessed with them in general) But I thought this one was perfect to share because it is short and sweet.

A lot of our time is wasted doing the same thing over and over again, Cutts suggests we break the habit, make more time in our life and on top of all live differently and feel better about ourselves!

To see different outcomes, we have to do different things.

It seems easy right? But putting into practice both mentally and physically is the hard part.

I will fully admit I fall victim.

So when I saw this, I was fully inspired and realized you really just have to do it! We only hold ourselves back from the things we want, or the things we want to do.
