Tropical vegan fruit dessert

When I am in the Netherlands with my husband, one thing we love is having dinner with his family! My Mother-in-Law Marlies makes the most beautiful and best-tasting dishes. She is a true top chef. This one was my favorite dessert ever, I HAD to have the recipe for this tropical vegan fruit dessert! So I can also share it with you guys :)

Love, Lonneke

Wowww, this tropical vegan fruit dessert is more than a recipe Lonneke, it is a real masterpiece, I’m sure more than a great french restaurant would love to have this recipe in its menu, it is really beautiful to look at, seems so yummy and healthy ! (in any case, this wonderful recipe seems to me much too complicated to make for me !!)
I understand better now why Dirk is also a good cook with a teacher like her mom !
Thanks fully your mother in law for this great recipe Lonneke, and thank you for your humility and your kindness because I know you’re a great cook too.
