Hello, lovely OYL readers! Today I want to share a breakfast smoothie. It contains fruits – for vitamins, leafy greens – for minerals and avocado – for fat (natural, high quality plant-based fat), which is a key ingredient for beautiful, glowing skin.

Ingredients
  • 1 peeled orange
  • ½ pineapple
  • ½ cucumber (do not peel organic cucumber! skin contains essential minerals)
  • handful peppermint
  • handful kale
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Place orange, cucumber, pineapple and water in high speed blender.
  2. Blend till smooth consistency.
  3. Add kale, peppermint and avocado.
  4. Blend again.
  5. READY!
