Today I want to share a smoothie that I like to have for breakfast. It contains fruits – for vitamins, leafy greens – for minerals and avocado – for fat (natural, high quality plant-based fat), which is a key ingredient for beautiful, glowing skin.


  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber (do not peel organic cucumber! skin contains essential minerals)
  • handful peppermint
  • handful kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup water


Place orange, cucumber, pineapple and water in high speed blender. Blend till smooth consistency. Add kale, peppermint and avocado. Blend again. READY!
