I love me some figs!

Ingredients
  • small fresh figs, (4 per person) washed
  • 1 tbsp local honey
  • organic goat cheese, crumbled.
Instructions
  1. Slice the figs in half
  2. Put on plate that can go into the stove
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the figs
  4. Pour the tablespoon of honey over all the figs
  5. Put in stove and roast until goat cheese turns brown and figs become soft.
  6. Serve warm.
