As a raw foodie I live of coconuts, spinach and kale so here is one of my favorite shakes that I have every day.

To make this shake you need a full coconut, a handful of kale without the stems and a hand full of spinach and a banana.(As an option you can add a table spoon or 2 of hemp seeds for added protein or sun warrior raw protein powder) I usually add protein powder after a work out to the smoothie.

To make the shake crack  the coconut  and take out the coconut water and flesh . Put it into the blender with one banana, spinach and kale and bend till smooth and creamy.

This takes about 10 min to do .
