I know, i know, you might think this combination sounds little… weird.  But wait to try it! I made this zillion times before and its always delicious. Cucumber: kidney cleanser, prevet bloating, hydrate cells from inside, contains silicon for beautiful skin and hair, good sours of vitamins E and C

Watercress: contains minerals and trace minerals that help heal anemia, endocrine imbalances, osteoporosis, eczema,  and acne.. Contains sulfur, vitamins A, B1, B2, C and E. Neutralize acidic waste products throughout the blood and lymphatic system.

Garlic: powerful natural antibiotic

Cucumber Watercress Soup

Recipe type: Soup
  • 3½ cups cucumber juice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½bunch fresh watercress
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 TS olive oil
  • 2 tea spoon sea salt
  1. Juice the cucumbers. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with basil leaf, sea salt, pepper and olive oil.
