I made a beautiful yummy smoothie that contains KALE – for an extra boost of Vitamin K, beta carotene, Vitamin C and fiber- NECTARINES – good source of vitamin A, potassium and antioxidants – and ORANGE – good source of Vitamin A and C, sodium, pectin and anti- cancer flavonoids.

  • 2 stalks of kale
  • 1 orange
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1 cup of pure water

Put all the ingredients into a blender, mix. READY!
