My post-workout smoothie

My smoothie contains KALE – for an extra boost of Vitamin K, beta carotene, Vitamin C and fiber- NECTARINES – good source of vitamin A, potassium and antioxidants – and ORANGE – good source of Vitamin A and C, sodium, pectin and anti- cancer flavonoids.

  • 1 Orange, cut and without skin
  • 2 Nectarines cut and without pit
  • 1 Banana without skin
  • 1 cup of water
