Pineapple/mint juice recipe

Pineapple is my latest obsession! So, here I am again, came up with another juice recipe.

Try this out:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber ( you know me, i loooove cucumbers in my juices:)
  • hand full of fresh mint
  • kale ( it’s optional, for extra minerals)

Run it thru a juicer. Enjoy!

    Hi Valentina, yesterday my juice was like yours, I mean pineapple ….but….with watermelon & also some fresh mint, I loved it. THANKS

      sounds amazing! I like to include some of the rinds as well, not the whole thing but a few pieces. Watermelon rinds is good for the skin, immunity and a nervous system. xo
