  • 4 juicy pears
  • 1½ cup of rice milk
  • a handful of organic mint leaves
  1. Cut the pear into cubes without the skin and the seeds.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend.
If you think the texture is too thick you can add more rice milk.
You can also use almond milk, regular milk or coconut water.
