Who says you can’t enjoy a nice cold drink with no calories in the Summer? I say you can! I make my own iced tea!
Make your own homemade ice tea
Boil water, make your favorite tea, and then let it cool off… Put it in the fridge. You can add fresh herbs for the flavor like fresh mint leaves. At the time of serving, you can add ice cubes. (or just a bit before) If you want to sweeten it, you can add agave syrup, honey, or liquid sugar( but that is not my favorite!) Supersimple!
Why we should drink tea
Some say drinking tea gives your health a boost. I just like it because of the taste, whether it is hot or cold!
