Raw chia seed pudding

  • 3 T spoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup of almond milk (or your choice of milk)
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 1 banana cut in pieces
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  1. Put chia seeds into a bowl. Add cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour almond milk on top.
  4. Mixing it from time to time, in about 10 minutes you will see chia seeds absorbing almond milk: it’s no longer a liquid, but looks like a pudding.
  5. Add blueberries and banana. Enjoy!
