Coriander Chelation Pesto

A healing pesto made with coriander.

Ingredients
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ⅓ cup brazil nuts (selenium)
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
  • 2-3 cups packed fresh coriander (Vitamin A)
  • ⅔ cup flaxseed oil (omega rich fats) (I used hemp oil today)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice (Vitamin C) (I replaced 1 Tbsp with apple cider)
  • 1 teaspoon celtic or himalayan salt (pink salt) (may use Japanese Miso)
Instructions
  1. Pile everything into a blender & BLEND until fairly smooth.
  2. Add more salt if you want to & blend again.
  3. Otherwise simply store your delicious pesto in glass jars (dark glass is best), in the fridge.
  4. It freezes well, so you can buy plenty of coriander in season & freeze it for up to six months.
