Because there are so many things in our daily life that we feel we HAVE to do, or NEED to do, but wouldn’t choose to if we felt we had a choice, it’s good to remember we do have a choice! And when we start to do more things that we enjoy and make us happy, we automatically have less time to do the things we don’t like! Sounds good to me!

To get started, if you don’t know what makes you happy, try making a list of all the things that make you happy. Then start doing things from the list everyday! I think you’ll notice a positive difference.
