Cooking with or for family members is probably one of my favorite hobbies! I find it really important that my family and myself eat good, wholesome, organic foods each day
I get super excited when I have the right ingredients to make a delicious dish. But you know these don’t necessarily have to be special ingredients. It is all about quality of the food. Amazing ripe vegetables make me super happy! See below dishes I make regularly for me and my family:
Soup option 1:
We made a bokchoy (paksoy)-mushroom soup, as that is a favorite in our family.
- Mushrooms (as many as you want)
- Bokchoy (Paksoy) chopped ( as much as fits in the stockpot)
- 6 cups of water
- 1 vegetarian bouillon cube
- sesame oil (the secret to tasty soups every time!)
Put all together in the stockpot and turn heat low when the soup starts to boil. add sesame oil in latest stage as seasoning.
We cooked mini asparagus to go with some smoked salmon that we put in the oven I forgot to take a picture of that but it was really good too!
Salad option 1:
We also made a healthy salad with all things we had in our fridge.
Ingredients: Watercress, cherry tomatoes, cucumber pumkin seeds, cranberries, sprouts and our own dressing of lemon juice and olive oil with salt and pepper.

Soup option 2:
tomato and grilled pepper soup!
- 3 grilled peppers (from a jar, fresh from a grocery store or made yourself!)
- 6 fresh tomatoes (or a can of peeled tomatoes)
- 1 bouillon cube.
- 2 cups of water.
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
You cook it all together, add olive oil at the end and then puree it.
Et voila! Perfect delicious and healthy soup!
