Ingredients
base:
  • ⅔ cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups rice milk
  • half a tea spoon of vanilla powder
  • 2 spoons of raw chocolate powder
  • teaspoon of maple syrup
topping:
  • raw cacao nibs
  • white mulberries
Instructions
  1. Add ⅔ cup chia seeds to 3 cups of rice milk, and put in fridge overnight to soak (or let sit for at least 4 hours)
  2. mix the chia seed pudding in a blender
  3. Add the chocolate powder and the maple syrup and blend together
  4. Sprinkle the raw cacao nibs and white mulberries on top.
Notes
The base of this recipe is a great base for other breakfast dishes too. instead of chocolate you can add other fruits like apples or bananas, nuts and seeds you like. I will add more recipes for chia seed pudding in the future!
