Take I-phone pics & feel welcome to share them to my Chocolate Book Page :) This recipe is just for you OYL readers, so you won’t find it in the book. Just an extra one I had laying around!

- 1.5 cups organic raw walnuts
- 1.5 cups organic fresh medjool dates, pitted
- ¾ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla
- Pinch himalayan pink salt or 3 squirts 'Cea' spray (as I did!)...
- Pure raw cacao nibs for sprinkling!
- Simply WHIZ your walnuts in a food-processor until fine (about 1 minute)
- Add pitted dates, salt & vanilla, whizzz again until quite fine & starting to bind.
- Add cacao powder, one more whiz & you're done!
- You want it the mixture to be slightly dough-like but still crumbly.
- Press into a glass storage dish & refrigerate! That's it.
