  • Ingredients:
  • 8 cups of Water
  • Mushrooms (any kind you like)
  • Bok choy, chopped
  • Parsley
  • Vegetarian bouillon cubes or powder, added to your liking
  • Tamari (or soy sauce) added to your liking
  • pepper, added to your likingn
  1. Chop all ingredients
  2. put on stock pot and bring to a boil
  3. slowly simmer it for 30 min
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
Great with a slice of buttered toast with dutch Gouda cheese and cucumbers! If you don't have vegetable bouillon or cubes you can add some chopped carrots, celery and onions.
