I Love Summer! The nature give us so many gifts: sun, warm ocean, green trees, blooming flowers and abundance of fruits and vegetables!

I get very creative in the mornings when I have to come up with a hydrating juice or a fruit smoothie.

Today I made Blueberry – Plum – Melon smoothie. I sprinkle some chia seeds on top for an extra boost of omega-3.

This smoothie is HIGH on antioxidants, that give us a beautiful skin and healthy body.


  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plums
  • 1 cup melon

put everything in a blender. Mix. Ready!
