Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled Gala apples
  • 1 tspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  • Shred apple in a food processor with a special blade.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Ready!

 

PS. You can use a peel from the apples in your morning juice.
