I love me some figs!
Besides that they are tasty, they are also very good to help with digestion (dried or fresh) as they are a good source of fiber and full of vitamins and minerals & anti-oxidants. Read more about figs HERE.

Hi Lonneke,
Thank you very much for your recipe.
I like figs, I often eat dried figs between meals especially when I don’t feel good , (when I have to lose weight and I’m very hungry) very quickly after it’s going much better ; it is true that figs are really energetic and have really good taste.
For cons, I’ll make a confession, I am a poor French because I don’t like cheese, I find it “stink”, the French say :” more a cheese smells, better it is”, and believe me Lonneke, some French cheeses are really terrible. I also find that cheese contains to much fat, there is between 70 and 90% of raw grace and honestly I don’t know if there’s bio cheese in my Biocoop!
Oh, thank you very much for giving us the possibility to print the recipes, it’s very useful !
Have a great week-end.
