Raw chocolate, maca coconut shake

Hey Guys here is a simple recipe for a raw chocolate shake.
This shake is packed with antioxidants, protein, essential fatty acids and minerals.

Raw cocoa nibs are packed with essential minerals and vitamins, including magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium and vitamin C.  To top it off its very high in fiber.

Maca powder is known to  balance your hormones. It has been used  to increase stamina, boost libido and combat fatigue. Maca is a nutrient-dense whole food full of vitamins, essential minerals, fatty amino acids.

To make this shake all you need is a young coconut, raw cacao nibs, maca and a banana.


Blend the coconut flesh, coconut water, banana, 1 or 2 table spoons of cacao nibes, 1 table spoon of Maca powder as an option to sweeten add agave .
Being  healthy can be so easy.
