Hi!!! I used to wonder what’s best to eat before a work out session, and thru many bad and good experiences I’ve finally found my super pre-workout drink! I have it 1 hour before heading to pilates or capoeira. It gives me strength and energy , I feel great without feeling full or hungry, just ”the right” protein shake.
- 1 scoop “Sun Warrior” Raw Vegan Protein powder (I love Chocolate flavor!)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries or blueberries
- 1 TS Maca (gives energy and balances out hormones!)
- 1 ts coconut oil (gives energy)
- 2 cups pur water
In a high speed blender, mix all the ingredients. Ready!
