Hello!
I have a different diet each day!
As I travel a lot, and do not have a day the same as another, I also eat different things each day!
But I have a few rules:
1. eat a good breakfast, meaning something like fruits, organic yoghurt, some multigrain bread, cereal, muesli. You need to to have enough energy during the day, and to avoid binging later on!
2. don't eat too late for dinner! At night u digest less food, your body goes to sleep, so do not go to bed with a full stomach!
3. If I eat too much or "bad" food one day, I eat healthier the other.
4. I do not drink more than once, twice a month with dinner a beer or something.
5. I only drink water, tea and fruitjuices, no sodas or coffee ( maybe once a while)
6. I bring my own healthy snacks to wherever I go, to make sure when I get hungry, I can eat something reasonably healthy.
7. i love coconutwater, smoothies, (bircher) muesli, brown rice(sushi) italian food ( especially the oliveoil, tomatoes and cheese), tempeh, misosoup, any soup ( mostly with beans) I LOVE bread and love to go to the local bakery and get fresh baked bread, mmm!
8. In winter I don't like to eat salads, as I feel like I need warming foods like soups and stews. i summer I eat salads and raw foods a lot
9. I do eat 3 meals a day, from big to small as the day progresses.
10. I just love food and love to think about it, prepare it, go out to dinner etc. I think thinking about food is healthy, it is part of the things in life we cannot do without!
I hope it helps! But every one has to find out what works best for your body. As when you listen to it, you discover really what is best for you and not!
