I LOVE NATURE. I like to immerse myself in it entirely so that the refreshing benefits endure as long as possible.
SO….we went on a this super-refreshing adrenaline-rush adventure with some friends (& their one year old baby boy) last weekend. A rock-hopping, cliff-leaping adventure! We saw the most exquisite blue dragonflies!! I wish I’d got a clearer picture of them, they were amazing. There were two waterfalls. One tiny one - which was like a frothing spa which you could sit in for ages melting away tension AND one VERY LARGE ONE - to test the courage! My girlfriend & I didn’t bring swimmers so I don’t have any pictures of me leaping in (very feminist we were & did so in our NUDE BRAS LOL) but it felt so very exhilerating that we had to climb back around through all the spiders, rocks, bush & jolly well whatever else to do it again!
Point of Abi’s stay young crazy story: Jump off cliffs if you dare, climb trees, run in the rain, swim in COLD WATER with your kids or friends or family. Keep a little spirit of adventure within. Try to resist the urge to be a ‘sit & watch’ parent, brother, sister, aunt or uncle 
Go on, you know you want to, just do it… You’ll stay young & feel like a superhero, but better still, the people around you will totally LOVE you for it!

Very important tip for any age-don’t let your inner child die! run,sing,dance,play,skip,take off your shoes,use crayons…enjoy each spontaneous moment as they nourish the side of us we often put aside,forget and neglect as we grow older.Thank you Abi.
