Mallory June was born and raised in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. At 15 she began modeling in her country and by 17 she moved to Paris to Model full time with her agency IMG models. At 18 she moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming an actress.

She went to a few acting schools to study the art of acting.

Here are a few tips I used today to make my home made cookies even more delicious and healthy at the same time.

  • Add some super healthy flax seeds for a little nutty flavor and crunch (it has lots of omega-3 oil and fiber in it)
  • Substitute half of the white flour with wheat flour
  • Use less sugar than asked for in the recipe and add more vanilla extract and coconut flakes
  • Use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate chips

Enjoy! Kisses, Mallory

If you really want to make healthy cookies, don’t use any processed flours or sugars at all! Soak nuts overnight, then make fresh nut meal with a dehydrator. You can also soak oats to make them soft. For sweetener, try making your own date paste.Refined and processed flours only clog our digestive tracts!

    hi Tajna!

That sounds very healthy and delicious as well..
I love butter and gooiey baked goods once in a while, I believe that brown and white sugars are fine once in a while. I do use organic eggs and organic butter when I feel like making non vegan baked-goods :) thanks for those great tips though!!

I’m glad you liked my comment, some people don’t but I do so much research on health foods and nutrition, how what we eat affects our bodies and minds.:-) Yesterday,I made oatmeal kind of cookies yesterday, with soaked oats, almond milk, goji berries, agave, cinnamon, blueberries and figs, cooked it more like a crust.I just notice from experience how I feel after consuming processed foods (icky!).Of course everything in moderation! :-)
