Here is another breakfast recipe I made this morning and it was absolutely divine! I am a big fan of chia seeds, and I always try to incorporate it in my diet as much as impossible. Most of the time I just soak 1 table spoon of chia seeds in a water and later I add it to my smoothies or juices. Here is a fun and yummy chia seed pudding with hazelnut mylk and fresh figs. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Table spoon chia seeds
½ cup hazelnut mylk (you can substitute to almond mylk, see the recipe here)
1 cup fresh figs
Directions:
Soak chia seeds in hazelnut mylk for 10 min till it becomes jelly like. Add fresh figs. Ready!
PS. I saved a hazelnut pulp left from mylk. I will add a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to it and I have an amazing natural and organic body scrub! I will share recipe and the results in my next post.
