Hi valentina,
Thank you very much for your recipe. The quick and easy healthy recipes suits me perfectly.
I think, i will do without turmeric, (I reassure everyone, i’m not pregnant !!!!!!) because i’ve never heard of turmeric and i don’t know if there is in my biocoop.
If I well remember, you wrote an article on the dangers of microwave ; unfortunatly, i have no choice, there is only a microwave to heat up in my company.
HI, Christophe
yes, you are right, i did write an article about the danger of a microwave! I strongly recommend do not use it like EVER! This carrot soup is so healthy and nutritious, sticking it in a microwave will kill all the vitamins and nutrients, and it will become carcinogenic carrot soup:( sooo, there is no point to eat it after:( Sorry if I sound too aggressive, but microwave is a nasty little machine.
This soup is quite delicious ether its hot or warm or cold:) i was thinking, if you replace curry and turmeric by cinnamon, vanilla and touch of honey, you have a yummy carrot pudding:)

hi, Emma
thank you!!! Living food does make you feeling great! Fruits and vegetables make people look radiant. Simple as that:))
love, Val xx
Sounds delicious as usual, do you think one could also put the carrots in the blender together with the other ingredients ? I dont have a juicer but Id love to try this recipe.
hi, Nele
I love your idea!!! you can totally blend whole carrots in a blender. Place a few carrots, 2-3 cups of water in a high speed blender. blend very well till smoothie like consistency. After that add the rest of the ingredients.
I imaging it will be more creamy that way, plus all that fiber from carrots! so healthy!

I love carrot soup! sometimes I make a “cream” from cashews to put on took with fresh cilantro-all from my garden! nothing tastes more better and connected than growing and interacting with what you consume.I hope all have gardens someday!
Blessings and love
