When I opened the fridge this morning I found a bag of carrots, oranges and a lonely cucumber laying inside. So, I made a healthy yummy juice for myself! It got me thinking, that you can always come up with a great and tasty meals using what’s left in you fridge. Don’t waste! If you have to travel for a few days, make a soup of all the veggies the night before. You can always freeze it and eat later.
