I’m not going to talk about any products in this post, but I will tell you about 5 simple steps that I do and that will help you to achieve a beautiful skin. Sure, clean healthy whole food diet is one of the most important part of having a beautiful skin. I will talk more about it in the next post.

3. Tone – this is very important step. Use alcohol free toner before you apply the moisturizer. This will help to soften and prepare your skin for a deeper moisturizing.
4. Moisturize – find a hydrating cream that works best for your skin type.
5. Protect – apply SPF daily! Try to find a chemical-free organic skin care brand that will not clog your pores.
